Product Faqs

Is the vibrant green color in the Emerald Mist bar made from artificial dyes?

Answer: No, the color is 100% natural and derived entirely from earth-born minerals and botanicals. We never use synthetic FD&C dyes, artificial pigments, or chemical colorants. The beautiful emerald hue comes naturally from French Green Clay. This means the gray-green lather rinses completely clean, will not stain your skin, washcloth, or shower tiles, and is entirely safe for sensitive skin types.

Does the "Mist" scent come from synthetic perfumes or natural ingredients?

Answer: The scent is 100% natural, derived exclusively from pure, plant-based essential oils. Unlike commercial "fresh-scented" soaps that use synthetic fragrance oils and phthalates, which can trigger migraines and skin irritation, Emerald Mist utilizes a custom blend of steam-distilled essential oils. This provides a crisp, authentic aromatherapy experience that clears your senses in a steamy shower and rinses away cleanly without leaving a heavy chemical perfume on your skin.

Can I use this green clay soap bar daily without drying out my skin?

Answer: Yes, it is perfectly balanced for daily use from head to toe. While the natural clays in the bar excel at absorbing excess oil and refining pores, we balance this purifying effect by "super-fatting" our recipe with heavy doses of deeply moisturizing plant fats. This ensures that the soap removes unwanted surface oils and grime while leaving your skin's protective lipid barrier completely hydrated and velvety smooth.

Ingredients

🥥 Coconut Oil - The Ultimate Cleanser

Coconut oil is the powerhouse behind the "bubbles." It is the only oil that produces a large, fluffy, and voluminous lather.

The Benefit: It provides a deep, anti-bacterial cleanse that lifts away dirt and excess oil. In our formula, we balance it with heavy butters so you get the deep clean without the "stripped" or dry feeling common in commercial soaps.

💧 Distilled Water - The Essential Catalyst

We use pure, distilled water to dissolve the lye and allow the oils to blend perfectly.

⚡ Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) - The Magic Maker

This is the most misunderstood ingredient! You cannot have real soap without lye.

The Fact: Through a molecular process called Saponification, the lye and oils react and completely transform into soap and natural glycerin.

The Benefit: There is zero lye left in the finished bar. We "super-fat" our recipes, meaning we add extra oils so that every molecule of lye is used up, leaving behind only skin-loving nutrients.

🌿 Eucalyptus Essential Oil - The Respiratory Refresher

Eucalyptus is the ultimate "spa-day" scent, known for its cooling, camphorous aroma that clears the senses.

The Benefit: It is naturally antiseptic and antibacterial, making it excellent for deep-cleaning pores and treating body acne. When used in a hot shower, the steam carries the oil into your airways, helping to open up the chest and provide an invigorating "wake-up" call for your mind.

🍃 Rosemary Essential Oil - The Scalp & Skin Stimulator

Rosemary has been used for centuries as a tonic for the skin and hair. It has a crisp, herbaceous scent that promotes focus.

The Benefit: It stimulates blood circulation to the skin's surface, which can help improve skin tone and reduce puffiness. Its antioxidant properties help protect skin cells from damage, making it a favorite for those looking for a "refresh" after a long day.

⛰️ French Green Clay - The Magnetic Detoxifier

This is a bio-mineral clay that literally "drinks" oils, toxic substances, and impurities from your skin.

The Benefit: Its unique green color comes from decomposed plant matter and iron oxides. It acts like a magnet, pulling dirt and excess sebum out of your pores while simultaneously stimulating blood flow to the surface. It is the go-to ingredient for oily or "congested" skin that needs a deep, mineral-rich reset.

🐚 Kaolin Clay (White Clay) - The Gentle Polisher

Kaolin is the mildest of all cosmetic clays, making it perfect for those with sensitive or dry skin who still want a deep clean.

The Benefit: Instead of stripping moisture, Kaolin gently exfoliates dead skin cells and adds a "silky" slip to the soap’s lather. It helps the razor glide more easily if you use your soap for shaving, leaving your skin feeling "polished" and velvety-soft rather than tight.
